Refund Policy
Within 14 days of purchase you can request a full refund without giving a reason. Please review the conditions and steps below.
Principles
Mark2 (the "Company") respects reasonable refund requests. Refunds are processed under applicable consumer-protection law and this policy.
Eligible cases
Refunds are available in the following cases.
- Change of mind within 14 days of purchase.
- Material defects that prevent normal use of the product.
- Payment errors or duplicate charges attributable to the Company or the payment processor.
- A clear discrepancy between advertised features and the features actually delivered.
Cases where refunds may be limited
Refunds may be limited in the following cases.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase (material defects are handled separately).
- Evidence that license keys have been shared or redistributed without authorization.
- License termination caused by a material breach of the Terms of Service.
- API usage fees paid directly to a third-party LLM provider (not Company revenue).
- Promotional or complimentary licenses.
How to request a refund
- Email master@prompt-combo.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number or license key, and an optional reason.
- After identity verification we will reply within 3 business days.
- Once approved, LemonSqueezy will refund your original payment method.
Depending on your card issuer or payment method, the funds may take additional business days to arrive (typically 3–10 business days).
Partial refunds
For seat-based Plans such as Teams, partial refunds are available for unused seats. The amount is calculated pro-rata based on the remaining usable period.
License after refund
Once a refund is completed, the corresponding license key is invalidated immediately. You must deactivate it in the app and discontinue use of paid features.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in line with applicable law. We will post a notice on the website at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance for changes that disadvantage users. Purchases already completed are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
