Mark2 (the "Company") operates the Prompt Combo desktop app and the official website (the "Service") and complies with applicable privacy laws to protect user information.

Prompt Combo is a local-first desktop app. Prompts, workflows, run logs, and API keys are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
The following information may be collected through other channels.
- Inquiries and feedback: optional email address and message body
- Payment and licensing: name, email, and payment details (processed by LemonSqueezy; we do not store card data directly)
- Website logs: IP address, access time, browser, and referrer
- Optional crash reports: anonymized diagnostics, only when you opt in
Purpose of use
- Providing the Service and verifying licenses
- Responding to support inquiries and bug reports
- Processing payments and refunds
- Monitoring service health and preventing abuse
- Sending feature updates or important notices (with consent)
Retention
We delete personal information without delay once its purpose has been achieved. When law requires retention, we keep the information separately for the required period.

- Records of payments and supply of goods: 5 years
