Terms of Service

Acceptance and changes

These Terms apply to your use of the Prompt Combo desktop app, the official website, and all related services (the "Service") provided by Mark2 (the "Company"). By installing, running, or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

We may change these Terms within the scope permitted by law. We will post notice on the website at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance for changes that disadvantage users.

Definitions

• "User" means an individual or legal entity that uses the Service under these Terms.
• "License" means the right to use the Service granted by the Company to a User.
• "Content" includes prompts, workflows, and run results created, executed, or stored within the Service.
• "Plan" refers to the service tiers offered by the Company (Free, Pro, Teams).

License grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service. Scope depends on the Plan you purchased.

• Free: personal, non-commercial use only. Limited to 2 projects and 3 runners.
• Pro: per single user, including commercial use.
• Teams: seat-based, with collaboration features (coming soon).

User obligations

You must not do any of the following:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
2. Share, resell, or redistribute license keys without authorization.
3. Attempt to bypass the Service's security or authentication mechanisms.
4. Infringe the Company's intellectual property or any third-party rights.
5. Use the Service in violation of applicable law or in a way that harms public order.

User content

Prompt Combo is a local-first app. Prompts, workflows, and run results created by Users are stored only on the User's device, and the Company does not access this content.

Content voluntarily provided through inquiries or feedback may be used to improve the Service in anonymized form only.

Third-party services

The Service may invoke APIs or CLIs of third-party LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Costs, policies, and restrictions are governed by those providers' terms, and the Company is not responsible for them.

Fees and payment

Payments for Pro and Teams Plans are processed by LemonSqueezy. After payment, your license key is delivered by email. Currency and applicable taxes vary by your country of residence.

Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.

Termination

You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Service and uninstalling the app. The Company may terminate your license after prior notice in case of a material breach of these Terms, and any remaining fees will be handled per the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company is not liable for:

• Accuracy or availability of responses from third-party LLM providers.
• Data loss caused by user negligence (including lost license keys).
• Service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or network failures.

The Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid the Company in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office as the court of first instance.
